Being tired is just as dangerous as taking drugs and alcohol.

When you arrive for work you must be fully rested. and able to conduct your duties.

• Do not exceed more than 12 hours a day
• You must have at least 12 hours between shifts
• You cannot exceed more than 72 hours in any 7 day period
• You cannot work more than 13 consecutive days.
